How It Works

CapySpin Casino runs on a dual-currency sweepstakes model that separates play-for-fun from prize-eligible play. That design lets you enjoy hundreds of casino-style games while giving eligible players a clear path to redeem prize value from Sweeps Coins. Gameplay is for entertainment, no purchase is necessary to participate, and all offers are subject to the casino’s terms and conditions.

Two currencies — what they do and how you get them

CapySpin uses Orange Coins (OC) and Capy Coins (CC). Think of Orange Coins as free-play credits and Capy Coins as the prize-eligible currency.

• Orange Coins (OC) — Free-play currency used to spin slots, play table games, and enter many in-site features. OC is perfect for practicing games, chasing fun, and completing daily tasks. OC is included in sign-up bonuses, daily login rewards, and free promotions.
• Capy Coins (CC) — Sweeps Coins that are redeemable for real prizes. One Capy Coin equals one US dollar in redemption value. CC are earned through purchases, select promotions, rewards like the daily login cycle, KYC bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and approved alternative-entry methods such as the mail-in request. CC from bonuses are usually subject to playthrough requirements before redemption—standard CC playthrough is typically 1x, but this can range up to 30x depending on the promotion.

You can buy Orange Coin packages that often include bonus CC. Minimum purchase options start around $9.99, and larger packages increase the OC and CC amounts. The platform also offers regular discounts and rotation packages that temporarily boost the CC value per dollar spent.

How gameplay uses OC and CC

Most games on the site—slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker, craps, and live dealer tables—allow you to choose which currency to use when you play. Using OC is great for practicing and learning rules without affecting your prize balance. Playing with CC puts your wagers on the prize-eligible balance and counts toward any CC playthrough requirements tied to bonuses.

Game features that matter to players are translated into benefits:

• Higher return-to-player percentages mean more frequent, smaller wins during play.
• Lower volatility offers steadier payouts, while higher volatility offers larger, less frequent win potential.
• Payline-rich slots provide more win lines per spin, increasing chances for hits across the reels.

All game outcomes are chance-based and governed by random number generation; results vary and are not guaranteed.

Registration and verification — what you’ll need

Signing up at CapySpin is straightforward. Basic steps:

1. Create an account with your name, email, password, and date of birth. You must be 21 or older and a legal United States resident to participate.
2. Accept the Terms of Use and the Sweepstakes Rules to claim registration offers.
3. Complete identity verification (KYC) through the platform’s provider, typically Sumsub. You’ll be asked to upload government-issued ID and proof of address, and sometimes a selfie for identity confirmation.

Completing KYC unlocks certain rewards—CapySpin often credits a KYC bonus—and it speeds up withdrawal processing. Verification times vary based on document clarity and business hours.

How to redeem Capy Coins for prizes

Eligible players can request prize redemptions once their Capy Coin balance meets the minimum redemption threshold—typically 100 CC ($100). Redemption steps usually include:

• Satisfying any applicable CC playthrough requirements.
• Completing full KYC verification.
• Submitting a redemption request through your account’s cashier or redeem page.
• Choosing an approved payout method and following any additional instructions.

Redemptions are processed according to the casino’s payout policies. VIP players may receive priority processing and faster withdrawal windows; standard processing times depend on the chosen payout method and verification status. All redemptions are subject to verification and the site’s rules, so review the Terms and Conditions before requesting a payout.

No purchase necessary — alternative entry options

CapySpin provides several ways to get CC and OC without spending money:

• Daily login bonuses and a 28-day login cycle that awards OC and occasional CC.
• Free daily tasks and the Capy Daily Draw, which can yield OC or CC.
• KYC verification bonus credits.
• Mail-in alternative method of entry—send a handwritten request to Capy Holdings Inc., 6260 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 100, Las Vegas, Nevada 89146-8867, following the Sweepstakes Rules instructions. Accepted mail-in requests can receive OC and CC without a purchase. These methods ensure that no purchase is required to enter sweepstakes promotions or earn prize-eligible credits.

Promotions, loyalty, and special offers

CapySpin runs ongoing promotions: welcome sign-up offers, first-purchase bonus packages, weekly OC discounts, daily tasks, the Capy Daily Draw, and loyalty tier benefits. The VIP program spans tiers from Bronze to Master, with perks like level-up rewards, better redemption limits, and priority withdrawal service at higher tiers. Wagering and redemption rules vary by promotion, so always check the promotion details and terms.

Refer-a-friend programs can add significant OC and CC when a referred user registers, completes verification, and makes qualifying purchases.

Responsible play and rules you should know

Play is intended for entertainment. Odds vary by game, and no play guarantees prize redemptions. Age and residency restrictions apply—players must be 21 or older and legal residents of the United States, excluding certain restricted states where CapySpin does not offer its sweepstakes promotions. Always review the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms and Conditions before participating.
